Absolutely! Our promise to you is that all our pearls are guaranteed authentic.

The 4A grade pearls used in our high-end products offer exceptional quality. Here are a few differences between them:

• Rarity: 4A grade pearls are extremely rare and hard to find. Their scarcity increases their market value significantly, resulting in a higher price point.
• Luster and Shine: 4A grade pearls possess an unparalleled luster and shine. These exceptional visual characteristics are achieved through meticulous cultivation and selection processes. The extra effort and expertise required make them more expensive
• Perfect Shape and Surface: 4A grade pearls showcase near-perfect roundness and exhibit minimal surface imperfections. This uniformity and flawlessness add to their overall appeal, elevating their value.

Our jewelry is made from nickel free 925 Sterling Silver, Platin-plated 925 Sterling Silver, Gold plated 925 Sterling Silver

We strive to maximize our use of recycled metals as a way of reducing our global footprint.

Over 90% of our jewelry is hand-crafted locally, where our prearls are sourced. Most of our talented crafts(wo)men add their magical touch to your pieces in Jaipur, India, the renowned capital of authentic gemstones.

Any jewelry made with copper such as Sterling Silver and Rosé Gold items can tarnish slightly over time, however, for many people, this is outweighed by the beautiful properties of natural metals. This means the finish can potentially leave behind a surface mark on the skin when worn. This coloration easily washes off with warm water and a mild soap.
If you do see a slight blackening in your piece it is nothing to be alarmed about and the ring can easily be brought right back to it's shining self with a jewelry polishing cloth.

Any side effect caused by the natural properties found in our jewelry is temporary, unavoidable and not valid for a refund.

Yes, of course.

Belle Juri fully stands behind the products we sell. Therefore, all of our products are covered by a one-year warranty starting from the day when the original order was received.

We are sorry to hear that your jewelry isn’t 100% perfect.

If you experience faults with your jewelry outside of our normal returns and exchanges policy we’ll review your enquiry as a warranty claim. Please contact us at hello@bellejuri.com. We will review your claim and inform you about the next steps.

If you still have questions or simply have something to say, send us an email at hello@bellejuri.comand we'll get back to you as soon as we can. Don't forget: if you’re contacting us about an order, we need your email address or order number to sort things out ASAP!
